Pretty much a cursory analyss with no real new insights so here's a couple
1) you do not need a #LLM model to do #generativeai
2) a multistructured dynamic knowledge base with object/concept-first modelling approach that combines symbolic AI wit ML with attribute graph at edges and nodes to simplify data conceptualization and decision making is superior to #LLM #generativeai
Hi Steve -- Yes not meant to be a technical paper whatsoever. Perhaps will do a more technical focused dive later - this is a landscape overview. Appreciate the color.
Hi Justin, do all of these companies have a gen AI solution? Upon closer look, I was not able to find anything gen AI related and most companies would have AI offerings rather than gen AI.
A little late to the party but appreciate the article nonetheless. Noticed that payers and government-sponsored programs aren't really mentioned. Would have loved some perspective there. Thanks.
It's an AI-powered mental health platform with a multi-modal LLM companion that measures, tracks, communicates and helps improve mental health in real time.
Thank you Justin, Jon and Ambar for taking the time to write this insightful article. I really appreciate the depth of research and the level of thoughtfulness that went into it. It gives us a lot to think about and clarity on paths forward. I would love to see this featured in Nature Medicine. The world needs more scientist CEOs and clinician-entrepreneurs building incredible companies.
Is there a reason why Freenome is in the "Personalized Medicine & Genomics" box, but GRAIL is not? GRAIL has virtually identical business model, similar technology, and a product on the market. Was it skipped due to Illumina acquisition (which has since been annulled by courts in US and EU)
Guys--I like the piece but that big chart in the middle is a mess. Seems like half those sectors aren't really using AI and half are AI based. Not sure what is the difference between the "old" ones and the red boxes.
Justin thanks for this detailed and comprehensive analysis!! Great work
great piece Justin! loved the breadth of coverage.

That's very good info. I just have one question, what is the source of the map of platforms you provided?
Solid landscape overview Justin. Look forward to future conversation.
I loved the article, with a lot of details and interesting insights! Thanks
Solid work, thanks Justin!
Would have loved to see Earkick (https://earkick.com)on that map!

Very superficial analysis, not worth reading.
